Product description:
TEROSON SB 3120 is a solvent free, thixotropic underbody coating based on rubber and resins. After complete drying, the coating offers a permanently elastic, abrasion resistant, highly adhesive protective coating, which protects reliably against corrosion and road stone chips. The material has excellent sag-resistance and dries quickly; after complete drying the material can be painted. Directions for use:
The material should be at room temperature at the time of application. Shake the can well, continuing for 1 min. after theball/bearing becomes audible. Hold can vertically while spraying and apply in two three crossing patterns at a distance of about 20 to 30 cm. Abrassion resistance and corrosion protection increase with the layer of thickness. For that reason the spray application should be repeated once or twice after a short flash-off time. In order to avoid bare patches, the material should be sprayed in criss-cross fashion. Do not spray on moveable parts and those subjected to extreme heat, e.g. exhaust pipes.
