LOCTITE® AA 3504™
| 1. Opis techniczny | |
|---|---|
| Charakterystyka produktu | LOCTITE® AA 3504™ (znany wcześniej jako LOCTITE® 3504™) to jednoskładnikowy klej akrylowy na bazie metakrylanu uretanu o średniej lepkości, przeznaczony do klejenia złączy konstrukcyjnych. Produkt charakteryzuje się podwójnym mechanizmem utwardzania: beztlenowym (anaerobowym) w szczelinie złącza oraz promieniowaniem UV (długość fali 365 nm i 250 nm), co gwarantuje całkowitą polimeryzację wypływki kleju poza złączem. Utwardza się w temperaturze pokojowej. |
| Technologia / Typ chemiczny | Akryl / Metakrylan uretanu |
| Stan skupienia i wygląd | Bursztynowa ciecz (Amber liquid) |
| 2. Aplikacje i typowe branże | |
| Zastosowanie przemysłowe | Typowe aplikacje obejmują klejenie ferrytów do powlekanych i galwanizowanych elementów w silnikach elektrycznych, osprzętu w przetwornikach głośnikowych oraz wyrobów jubilerskich. Dedykowany do procesów produkcyjnych wymagających bardzo szybkiego ustalania części oraz całkowitego utwardzenia nadmiaru kleju poza szczeliną spoiny. |

LOCTITE® AA 3504™
| 1. Product Description | |
|---|---|
| Product Profile | LOCTITE® AA 3504™ (known as LOCTITE® 3504™) is a single-component, medium viscosity acrylic adhesive based on urethane methacrylate, engineered for structural bonding. The product features a dual-cure mechanism: anaerobic polymerization within the bondline and UV light cure (365 nm and 250 nm), which ensures that excess fillet material outside the bond area is fully cured. Cures at room temperature. |
| Technology / Chemical Type | Acrylic / Urethane methacrylate |
| Appearance (uncured) | Amber liquid |
| 2. Applications | |
| Typical Applications | Typical applications include bonding ferrites to plated materials in electric motors, loudspeaker hardware, and jewelry where fast fixturing is required and where product outside the bondline must be completely cured. |
| Substrate Compatibility & Restrictions | Not normally recommended for use on plastics (particularly thermoplastic materials where stress cracking could result). Not recommended for use in pure oxygen or oxygen-rich systems, nor as a sealant for chlorine or other strong oxidizing materials.
